Be prepared for emergency first aid situations at work. Our Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is fully updated to the Resuscitation Council UK 2025 Guidelines, implemented from January 2026. This practical 1-day Ofqual-regulated qualification teaches the latest evidence-based emergency response techniques for office environments and lower-risk businesses, delivered by experienced NHS-trained paramedics across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. Having the correct first aid provision in the workplace is not just a legal requirement – it is incredibly important for the safety of all members of staff.
Upon successful completion of this Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification, candidates will be equipped with the essential skills needed to give safe, prompt and effective first aid in emergency situations.

First Aid at Work Level 3 (RQF)* is Accredited by an Ofqual Regulated awarding body. This course meets requirements of The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and is valid for 3 years.
