Under the 1st Aid Regulations 1981 and Health & Safety at Work Act employers must provide 1st Aid.
What Course do I need?
There are a range of courses to consider dependent on the risks your workplace has.
Low-risk workplaces, for example, office-based staff would likely only need a 1-day EFAW or 1-day FAW1 Day Emergency First Aid – Level 3 course
High-risk workplaces are any employer that does not fit the low-risk profile.
This is traditionally a 3-day course, however, the FAW can be blended with one day completed online followed by two days with a trainer.
